Learn in our state of the art pastry kitchen how to make traditional Parisian choux pastry from our Head Pastry Chef. Fill with decadent cream, glaze and decorate with specialised chocolate finishes to create six éclairs to take home and enjoy. $60 per person. Small group size of only 8 people. Bookings are essential via our classes page. 2:30pm Saturday 25th November.
