Our European Chocolatiers will be giving the classic Aussie sweet treat a makeover throughout the entire month of May with our annual Rocky Road Festival! Look out for our three-metre long cabinet in the showroom filled to the brim with Rocky Road temptations where you can pick and mix from 31 different flavours to purchase. There will be a special menu of Rocky Road inspired pastries, ice creams, sundaes, waffles and hot chocolates on offer from our café. Rocky Road devotees will be able to join our Rocky Road Festival Tasting Sessions which include 7 samples of our special Rocky Road Festival flavours as well as a Rockin' hot chocolate to sip on and ice cream. Then create your very own Rocky Road block to take home using dozens of ingredients! Friday - Sunday session times are available throughout the Festival in May, please visit the Classes page for further details. Bookings are essential for these tasting sessions, $28 per person.

Be charmed by our European Head Chocolatier and Head Pastry Chef as they share a delightful selection of decadent, petite pastries, scones, ribbon sandwiches and other delights (approx. 8 savoury and 8 sweet items per person) matched with a mocktail on arrival and endless organic local teas, barista made coffee and decedent hot chocolates during your sitting. Served at our beautifully decorated long table in our private experience room overlooking sweeping Yarra Valley vistas. $70 per person. Bookings are essential. 11am & 2pm sitting on  .  Please visit our Classes page to make your reservation. *We apologise but unfortunately our High Tea menu is not adaptable to gluten free, dairy free or vegan variations. Vegetarian option is available. From Wednesday 11th June, there will be engaging stories, games to enjoy, plus our expansive lawns, gardens, orchard and wetlands to explore. Spark your child's imagination while taking a moment for yourself to unwind in our cozy café. Purchase a rich, velvety hot chocolate, enjoy a freshly brewed barista coffee, or indulge in one of our irresistible sweet treats. During these delightful sessions, little ones will have the opportunity to enjoy two delightful children’s books, play games, plus each child will receive a FREE small chocolate treat to enjoy! Located at the Cafe. No bookings are required. Excludes School Holidays.

Our 45 minute Junior Chocolatier Classes are held in our private ‘parent free zone’. Children aged 6 – 12 years can learn from our Chocolatiers how to make their very own yummy creations. $45 includes personalised badge, chef’s hat and apron, graduation certificate plus take home three chocolate creations to enjoy.
