Join our Head Pastry Chef for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make traditional Parisian choux pastry from scratch. Then fill, glaze, and decorate your éclairs with decadent creams and artisan chocolate finishes to create six stunning éclairs to take home and enjoy.
